A co-polymer emulsion-based specific wall texture.

Available in any in-built color and a variety of designs as per the client’s requirement.

Providing and applying 1.5-2.0 mm thick Spray Stone finish synthetic plaster made of copolymer binders and fine natural marble powders as per the required design and pattern (approved by the architect/engineer) including 1 coat of base primer on sub-base to hide the plaster walls. The above application is to be carried out on the base of single coat / double coat smooth mala plaster.

Raw Material

Various sizes of marble powders, copolymer emulsions, cellulose thickeners, additives, biocides, and water, etc.

Process

Water and cellulose thickeners are added in the sterile with additives, following various emulsions are added with different size of marble powders. The contents are then allowed to mix for a calculated time period per batch size. Biocides are added as part of the process for anti-fungal, anti-algae properties. Quality standards are checked for the batch and material is released through the valve for packaging.

It may vary with the sub-base condition & application method, film thickness applied.

The surface must be cleaned from chalk and debris and free from any undulation.

A base coat of primer of relevant color is applied on the plastered surface using a roller or brush.

Material is applied using a trowel to get the required design, water can be added in for easier application depending on the requirement.

Drying time is 24 hours depending on weather conditions.

Shelf Life:

The shelf life of the packed bag is up to 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
